• Yes, it can be vented outside. It comes setup for recirculating inside, but easily changed

While this model is assembled and shipped for recirculating (indoor) venting, it can be easily converted for outdoor venting following the directions in the installation instructions. You may want to go with Model PVM9195SFSS. It is the same model except assembled and shipped for outdoor venting. Thanks for checking with us!
