Good day, The shelves in this model are removable and adjustable. The top three shelves can be adjusted and removed. Since this is the case, the shelves can be stopped before being completely removed so that you can see which bottles you want. The bottom shelf has a support rack that can be used for display as well. You can view this on pages 6 & 7 of the manual. Hope this helps. Mike@GEA
