“Is the top mount pattern the same as the GE Profile model PVM1970SR1SS or will a different pattern need to be drilled into the cabinet this would be mounted under?”

2 new holes needed to be drilled into the cabinet - replacing the 3 old holes from the previous same model from 5 years ago!
