Currently have a JE2160BF01 built in, need to replace, can you advise which series would work and also if i would need an additional trim kit? null

ALL newer GE microwaves use a COMPLETELY different trim kit than their older microwaves (my older GE microwave was about 6-7 years old) ….so yes u will
need to buy a new trim kit.....sorry

PEB7227DLBB is compatible with GE® Required 27" Built-In Trim Kit JX7227DLBB and GE® Required 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX7230DLBB.
