Hello - We appreciate you coming to us for help regarding the reset filter light on your microwave. Please know that this feature is a time-controlled function and will go off after a certain amount of time regardless of how your unit is vented. If you've held the reset button for 3 seconds and the light will not go off, we recommend unplugging the model and waiting for a minute or two before plugging it back in. If you try this and the light will still not reset, please reach out to our GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. One of our great servicemen will be able to get this light turned off for you.
