Was everything cold when it went in the fridge? It may take a day or two before it finally gets to the correct temperature. Try not to open the doors for a few hours and see if the temp goes down. If not, you will have to make an appointment for a service call. Mine got to 37 degrees in 2 days' time. My food was stored in my basement fridge so I could empty the old one before this one came. Even though I tried to be efficient putting the food into the new fridge, the food still warmed up a bit and having the doors open didn't help.
