QuestionA FOWL ODOR IS COMING FROM THE BACK OR UNDERSIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR. WHAT COULD GENERATE OR CAUSE THIS SITUATION?

- Answer There is no part on your refrigerator that could cause odors. We do recommend that you carefully pull your unit out and clean underneath and behind it. You should also use a tablespoon of baking soda with a quart of water to clean the interior of your unit. It's also important to ensure that all food is closed and airtight and that there are no spills or leaks. Lastly, know that you are able to place baking soda inside your unit to help dissipate these odors completely.

QuestionI've using this fridge for a month, I have two problems with ice maker. While ice cubes are made, water leaks to the bin and all gets frozen and become a big chunk of ice block. The other one is the on/off switch doesn't work, I can't turn it off.

- Answer Hello- Thanks so much for reaching out we are happy to help! This model has an internal water dispenser that uses the RPWFE filter that reduces trace pharmaceuticals from water and ice. (Removes 98% of ibuprofen, atenolol, fluoxetine, progesterone and trimethoprim. These pharmaceuticals are not necessarily in all users’ water).
