Hello LoveToTravel - Thank you for your inquiry; we are glad to assist.1. Refrigerator door stops help prevent damage to adjacent walls, cabinets, and the refrigerator door. They allow the door to open wide enough for normal pan removal. They are included on all models and are located in the hinge system at the bottom of the door. Door stops are set to 150 degrees and cannot be adjusted. 2. The case depth does not include the door gasket. 3. We do not have the depth of the gasket as it is a part of the door.
