Does this model have an open bottom? null

Not sure what you mean by "open bottom". See photo and decide for yourself. Hope this helps. Also, I really like this dishwasher. It is so quiet I have to keep looking at the panel to make sure it's still running. Dishes come out great. I had to wait for 5 months for it to be delivered, well worth the wait. I'm sure it was not Best Buy's problem, there are lots of supply chain issues going on around the world right now.
