Hello, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We're quite sorry to hear about this nuisance and understand how frustrating this can be. If the upper spary arm is hitting the upper rack, one thing to check is whether the top of the tub was accidentally compressed during installation. This could cause the top spray arm to rest against the top rack, and prevent the rack from coming out all the way. To return the top of the dishwasher to the proper position: Usually you can reach up and push the top of the tub back up into place. Pull the rack out as far as possible first, though.
