Q: QuestionWith regard to model #PFE28KBLTS in the Black Stainless - your specifications state it is NOT fingerprint resistant. The GE site indicates that it IS fingerprint resistant. Please clarify.

Black Stainless refrigerator doors are magnetic and smudge-proof. To keep the Black Stainless finish looking like new, we don't recommend using magnets on the doors since they can damage the finish. Q: QuestionOur current refrigerator fan ices up and hums quite loudly. (it is not a GE) This occurs every 3 months or so. We have to manually defrost it to get it stop. Does this GE ever have this issue?

• A:Answer Hi Tanya - Thanks for considering GE! The crescent cubes are 2 1/2" long x 3/4" high x 3/4" thick. Also, since the water reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water will be chilled but not ice-cold. After the 12 - 24 oz. of cold water is dispensed, any additional water dispensed will not be chilled until the water in the coil tubing has had time to chill again. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com.
