QuestionThe shelves on the left door are very shallow. What are the actual depths of each shelf. Also, the Profile model appears to have deeper left shelves than the base Energy Star model, is that true?

- Answer Greetings, We're more than happy to answer your question! The dimensions for the shelves/bins on the left door are: The top bin is 2.6” deep by 11” wide by 2.8” tall. The middle bin is 2.1” deep by 9.9” wide by 2.8” tall. The bottom bin is 2.9” deep by 11.6” wide by 3” tall. The door shelves/bins are the same on the the Profile model and the base Energy Star model. They are the exact same size. Let us know if you have any more questions. Best wishes! Mike@GEA

This refrigerator uses the premium RPWFE filter that reduces trace pharmaceuticals from water and ice to provide you with advanced levels of water filtration. This refrigerator uses radio frequency identification to monitor the filter status and is equipped with a Water Filter Indicator Light to inform you to replace the filter, which occurs usually after around 6 months of usage. - Answer Hi Cathy - Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear of thse issue with your GE Profile refrigerator and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If foods in the fresh food section are freezing, the refrigerator temperature sensor may be blocked and not able to correctly sense temperature to control cooling. The temperature sensor is located at the top of the refrigerator, on the ceiling above the top shelf. The sensor looks like a dome with slats. Move items so there is 6 inches of clearance around the sensor. - Answer The refrigerator doesn't provide that. You would need to set a thermometer inside the freezer and/or fridge compartments to measure that.

QuestionI have model PFE27KSDASS SERIAL ZZ509748 I have found that ice buildup under the cheese tray. I see no leaks but I get this ice. Do you know what maybe wrong. I read the book and see nothing that is wrong. thanks Raya
