Hello, thank you for connecting with us! There could be a few reasons why your refrigerator is no longer cooling. If there was a recent power outage it may take up to 24 hours for your refrigerator to reach the desired temperature again. More troubleshooting advice can be found on page 39 of your unit’s “Use and Care Manual”.
