“If Freezer Door is fully pulled out, can Ice drop right at that moment from Icemaker above? Then, will the Ice fall "behind the drawers" and go to the bottom of the fridge? In that case, how can we take that Ice out & clean it? This is troubling me a bit.”

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, it is possible that just as you are opening the freezer drawer, any ice in the process of ejection into the bin could slide off the icemaker and fall behind the pull-out drawer. The owner's manual which is available online does offer instructions for removal of the freezer basket. We hope this is helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEAppliances
