“What is the depth without doors and when it's delivered, does it come with the doors already installed or do they need to be installed? I ask because with the doors already installed, it may be hard to get it through a standard US door entryway.”

It was delivered with the doors installed, but without the handles installed (easy to install yourself) and fit through my front door with no problems.
