“I read that the bottom slide rack does not slide out over the door and since it doesn't pull out hinders cleaning under the rack and makes it hard to lift anything heavy out, especially if mounted under a cooktop. Has or will this problem be solved?”

Hi Lynnmc - Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest! Most roller racks are partial extension racks, which means they have a single rail on each side and pull out about 3/4" of the way (approximately 11"). It extends over approximately half of the door.
