We do not recommend using Cast Iron cookware, unless it is designed specifically for glass cooktops. If the cookware has a rough spot, it will scratch the glass surface. Porcelain Coated Cast Iron cookware is okay to use as long as it is covered completely with smooth porcelain enamel.
