“is there something that keeps air from coming in through the downdraft from outside? we just moved into a house with a similar unit and there is a draft coming into the house from the exhaust”

• Where your exhaust vent exist the building there should be a vent cap with a spring loaded dampener . It opens when positive pressure from the blower is on and automatically closes when you turn off the fan. Can be bought at any Lowes or Depot
