Q: Questionmodel PT970SR2SS combination. no longer works after trying two replacement control panels. Home warranty/ manufacturer says none in stock. They identified PT7800SHSS as a replacement. Is this a valid replacement and what are the differences?

• A:Answer Hello, thanks for your interest in this model. This is a compatible replacement because they have a lot of the same features and are similar sizes. The main differences are that the new model has a slightly bigger capacity, a steam clean option, and additional cooking elements. • A:Answer Hi, We appreciate you reaching out! The selector dial is used for both the upper and lower ovens. Rotating the dial selects oven settings, upper/lower oven options and cooking options Rotating the dial also increases or decreases temperatures or time. Thanks for your support! Mike@GEA

Q: QuestionI have GE Profile ZET1RM4SS built-in oven that need to be replaced since power board is shot and it is not available any more. Microwave is fine but oven needs to be replaced underneath. What can I get that will fit in the same slot under the microwave.
