“We have a difference of 2.62 inches on the height of the wall oven being delivered on Monday,will the installer add the 2.62 with a filler at the time? Or will he have to come back to finish installation? our height is 46 inches and the oven is 43.38.”

it's going to depend on the equipment carried by the installation team. our guys thought they had the trim piece. then they thought they had one they could make work (never choose that option). then they told us to contact Best Buy. and they had us contact GE. i would try to reach them before delivery and ensure they bring all that is available.
