“I purchased the model UVH13012M1SS and was missing the wall mounting bracket. I've called GE parts dept to replace but it's not listed on their replacement page so they cannot find it. Do you have any idea which bracket fit this unit?”

Hi there - we're more than happy to provide more information about the mounting bracket for the Kitchen Hub! According to the owner's manual (page 14), we can confirm that the unit should come with the bracket attached to the back of the hub with a set of screws. As mentioned by the manual, you need to release this bracket by removing the two screws that hold it in place. -- If you checked the back of the unit and there was no bracket, we strongly suggest you reach out to us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
