- Answer It does come with two roller racks and shows a picture in the manufacturer’s website of the two racks in the oven. When mine was delivered, it only had one plus a standard flat rack. I contacted my guy at Best Buy and referred to the picture and he made arrangements to have a second one sent to me. Tried to attach the picture in this review but the photo was in a MS Word file and didn’t upload.

- Answer Cleaning instructions start on page 19 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the PTS9000SNSS product page of the Best Buy website. Many GE Appliances products include a Quick Start Guide only and not a complete Owner's Manual. However, Owner's Manuals as well as Installation Instructions can be viewed, downloaded, or printed from our website. QuestionI have a new oven model 49-80837. There is a space between the bottom of the oven door and the drawer. Why is there like slots above the drawer under the bottom of the oven door itself.

QuestionDoes this unit have a vent at the bottom? If the vent area happens about waist level have you had complaints about overheating the room? The reason I ask is because I have had a GE oven (not convection) where the vent was an issue and was a problem.
