Answered by Cafe AppliancesHello - The CTS70DP2NS1 does not come with a rolling rack; however, this unit does have a compatible optional rolling rack accessory that you can purchase separately which is part number UXWORXR30. This unit does have a traditional bake mode which is intended for single rack cooking. This mode uses heat primarily from the lower element but also from the upper element to cook food.
