The burners will relight if the flame goes out. Check out Café™ 30" Slide-In Front Control Dual-Fuel Convection Range with Warming Drawer C2S900P2MS1. All other gas and dual fuel ranges and cooktops have a Flame Stability Chamber to help prevent a draft from extinguishing the flame on most sealed burner ranges and cooktops. The Flame Stability Chamber is a small protected pocket of flame within the sealed burner. If at very low settings the burner should blow out from a door slamming or strong breeze from an open window, the burner will in most cases relight. Keep in touch! Sue
