Hi - We are so very sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your refrigerator. We recommend calling GE Appliances at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have the refrigerator checked by an authorized service technician. Please keep the doors closed as much as possible. If the temperatures continue to rise, move your food if you can, to prevent it from defrosting.
