Water dispenser only produces 1 cup of cold water and the rest are warm. Why would a fridge only be able to store one cup of cold water and the rest of them are either warm or room temp. This is very disappointing and I was told this was the design. True? null

I get plenty of cold water from mine.  No issues after the first 2 days from delivery/install.
