No; you’ll have to add what you need to the cart, but if this purchase is a simple replacement, you can reuse what’s already hooked up. ;)

Not it doesn't come with intake water hoses but does come with the drain hose.

Yes, the drain line. No, supply lines. The supply lines had to be purchased.

Yes it does. Depending on where your drain is you may have to purchase a longer drain line.
