This model also has voice assistant w/Alexa built in that recognizes thousands of voice command combinations to automatically adjust washer settings to care for specific fabrics and optimal stain removal. This model does feature load sensing technology, to determine how best to wash your items and optimize performance. Department of Energy standards for water usage have changed over time, and our smart technology helps make sure performance isn’t affected when less water is used; the unit is a high efficiency machine, and doesn’t require as much water to provide effective cleaning action. That said, we do also provide a Deep Fill option, for cases where more water than usual may be needed – this allows you to customize your water level easily. Most large comforters and blankets will wash well in our washers, as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the tub and isn’t stuffed in tightly. The thickness, density and overall size of the comforter can affect how well it fits. If the item fit in your previous washer, we recommend getting a model with a similar cubic foot capacity.

• A:Answer We recommend checking out pages 6 through 12 in the user manual. This section goes over all the controls and how to start a cycle. The start button is the one that has the triangle and pause button on it. This functions as both the start and pause button. You can view the user manual by clicking on the "Features" tab under the product image. Then scrolling down on the page that pops up to the right, then clicking on the link under "User Manual."
