We recommend checking out pages 6 through 12 in the user manual. This section goes over all the controls and how to start a cycle. The start button is the one that has the triangle and pause button on it. This functions as both the start and pause button. You can view the user manual by clicking on the "Features" tab under the product image. Then scrolling down on the page that pops up to the right, then clicking on the link under "User Manual."
