Hi - Thank you for your interest in our amazing Profile washer. This washer is embedded with Alexa voice assistant. When connected to your SmartHQ App, you can use your voice to automatically set your washer to handle tough stains or to set the appropriate cycle to wash specific fabrics." The Stain Pretreat in the App is this feature. You simply tells Alexa what kind of stain needs to be removed and the washer incorporates this into the wash cycle.
