“What is the max and min height to the bottom edge of the cook surface(portion that overhangs the counter top)?”

Hi Roxanne- Thanks for considering our GE Profile™ Series PS950EFES! The height to the cooking surface is 36"-36 1/2" (the range is equipped with leveling legs). Unit will not mount flush to counter when heights are less than 36”. I don’t have the instructions with me but they put small foam padding strips under the glass edge so it can lightly rest on the counter. My 36” finish height of my counter top worked out great. I still haven’t lowered the stove back down the 1/4” I raised it for counter install. There is no heat on the outer edges it is only wider for looks and cleanliness.
