Hi - Thank you for your interest in our lovely Profile double oven range. This range offers Convection Bake and if you connect this range to your WiFi and our SmartHQ app, you will have the opportunity to download Convection Roast. Once downloaded, you do not have to remain connected to WiFi in order to use Convection Roast. Please contact us again if you have additional questions as we are always happy to help.
