Hi - We are sorry to hear you're having difficulty with your Advantium over-the-range microwave. We recommend disconnecting power to the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once power is restored, service will be needed. You may call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment to have an authorized GE Appliances service technician provide a proper diagnosis and repair the unit.
