Yes, it's a full on convection oven. Baked a number of dishes in it over the holiday's. PRO TIP: Clean out microwave splatters before baking, especially tomato or acidic food splatters. Using it as an oven will bake those splatters into the INCREDIBLY SHINY interior.

Of course you can! You can also broil and toast. It probably not as good as regular or convection oven but I love the idea that I can microwave and broil/bake in the same oven. I also use the toaster a lot. It doesn’t toast as good as regular toaster. But it is still very good and I like the convenient of having one oven in my small kitchen
