QuestionWhat is your experience of removing food from oven after using convection or halogen. I wonder if I would burn myself because the door opens down at shoulder height? Apparently the door gets hot when using either of those functions.

After using the appliance, the door may be hot and we recommend caution when removing food. QuestionWill this replace our Advantium 120 that was installed in 2008 with model number SCB1001MSS01? Also, is this something that I can just install myself once I take the older unit out?

- Answer Hi WilH, thanks for reaching out! For your current model, we have found the following cutout information: 25-1/8" width, 17-1/2" height, 23-1/2" (min) depth. And for the current replacement model, we're finding the following cutout dimensions: Cutout width: 25 1/4", cutout height: 17 1/2", cutout depth: 23 1/2". As for the skill level needed to install the new unit, installation of this appliance requires basic mechanical and electrical skills. QuestionI need a Trim Kit to replace the older GE microwave/convection oven with the PSB9100SFSS 27" unit. I know that the PSB9100SFSS does not *require* a trim kit, but I need a trim kit to cover the deep scratches the original installers put in the wood.

The oven vents out the front below the door.
