Is this ac self evaporating or need drained? null

It has a 2 seperate drains, one on the inside controll panel, one on the outside back of unit.

Our room air conditioners have a "slinger ring" around the rear fan blade. The ring is designed to pick water up off the bottom of the pan and throw it against the condenser coils. This design feature helps improve the efficiency of the unit by reducing heat on the coils and helps remove moisture from the pan. Additionally, there may be situations such as a long stretch of hot and humid days when it's necessary to manually drain the indoor or outdoor sides of the unit.
