Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in a new Profile room air conditioner. While our air conditioners are designed to eliminate condensation from the cooling process, it is possible for excess condensation to collect in the internal drain pan. This is more likely to occur during extended periods of high humidity. The air conditioner will alert you to the need to drain the indoor pan. We hope you find this helpful.
