“I’m getting condensation in my side tank and I’m having trouble figuring out why this is happening. I have a couple of friends that have the same ice machine and theirs does not produce the condensation. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.”

Hello- Thank you for your question. Condensation is normal with the opal icemakers. During normal operation, condensation forms on the bottom surface of the ice bin. This water will sometimes collect and drip down the lower front surfaces of the ice maker. The included drip tray can be installed in front of the Opal to collect this water.
