Can the ice maker be placed inside a closed cabinet? null

Ensure a minimum of 3 inches clearance around the side and back walls of the ice maker for proper air circulation. The area has to be well ventilated, and the unit must not be near any heat sources- such as ovens or cooktops. It does need some air circulation or it can overheat. I would not place it in a closed cabinet.

I don’t think so. I really wouldn’t recommend putting it in a small cabinet but maybe it would be okay if there’s adequate ventilation like in a large pantry.
