Yes, that is the normal startup for this machine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this is normal for it when starting up from my experience as it needs water in the bottom of the unit to start making ice. Give it some time and then it will start making tons of ice that you can enjoy. I also find that if you turn off and then back on again, it does the same thing (especially when it was full). No worries just wait a few and you will start getting some great ice again. If you have issues contact Opal if you don’t get ice after about 10 min…..
