Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I have the same maker in Silver. Are you looking at the quick startup guide...the detailed instructions explain the 2 types of cleaning. The "Sanitize" word will be displayed to the right of the WiFi symbol. This is also where the word Descale will be displayed. On pages 7-8 of the instruction book I received with my Ice Cube maker it explains the difference process for each. The instruction book explains that to go into clean mode you press the "Clean" for 3 sec. Sanitize is the quickest clean mode...Descale you must let the ice maker sit with the solution 18 hours then proceed to clean out the solution. If you hav the app you can view the instruction book if you do not have one...Good Luck
