I need to replace my unit , series JE1860SH, 12 3/4 by 24 inches. I do not see any GE that will fit exactly in my existing trim kit. I have to say that if there is not, I will not buy a GE microwave as I am no longer tied to the trim kit. null

There is a direct replacement for that unit it is GE : JES2051SNSS

Countertop Microwave Oven PEB7226SFSS is the comparable replacement model (Approximate Product Dimensions 24 1/8"W x 14"H x 19 3/4"D. It is compatible with GE® Optional 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX7230SFSS and GE® Optional 27" Built-In Trim Kit JX7227SFSS. Trim Kits are not interchangeable. A trim kit consists of the trim frame, as well as an upper, lower, and rear duct that attaches to and encases the microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. It is important to only use the trim kit designed for that model. The actual cabinet cutout requirement is the same for both models. This is the closest model and color to this discontinued GE model base on the specification. GE - Profile 2.2 Cu. Ft. Microwave - Black Slate. If you choose a different color other than Black Slate with the same model, the concern in the size of this unit will not be the same like the Black Slate color base on the information on this site.
