“Is the ice cubed or 1/2 moon shape? Is the water cold or room temp from the water dispenser?”

Hi Tanya - Thanks for considering GE! The crescent cubes are 2 1/2" long x 3/4" high x 3/4" thick. Also, since the water reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water will be chilled but not ice-cold. After the 12 - 24 oz. of cold water is dispensed, any additional water dispensed will not be chilled until the water in the coil tubing has had time to chill again. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com.
