  • QuestionOur Advantium Microwave is 14 years old. The black interior door material is peeling off the door. Cleaning the door doesn't remove all the black material. Does this flaking material pose a problem with the cooked food?

    • Answer Hi Ronski - The cavity coating in our microwave ovens is selected to be safely used as a food-contact surface and meets our and applicable government requirements for such use. No lead or other toxic materials are added to the cavity coating material used in our microwave ovens. The inadvertent ingestion of small amounts of peeling coating does not create a health risk.   • QuestionDoes the PSB9100SFSS come with optional trays, like a glass tray and a metal tray and so on and what would be the significance . Can i also mount this under the cabinet in a cabinet.

  • QuestionProfile Microwave Built-InI have a GE Microwave built-in Model JE1660WB002 I am trying to find a new model with the same demission's so I do not have to modify my cabinets or purchase a new mounting kit. The stated demission for the old microwave is H 13 5/16" X W 23 21/32" X D 17". Do you have a SS model with these same demission?
