“Does it show clean when it is done? Mine doesn’t seem to.”

Yes the unit should indicate Clean with a GREEN light. However a fan does run and the Green light will stay ON until the dishwasher door is opened.

Fan stays on until door is opened? So, if I go on vacation for two weeks, the fan will run the whole time? How can this get an Energy Star rating???

Hello John, thank you for your question. We are sincerely sorry your dishwasher is not correctly displaying that is has completed a wash cycle. This dishwasher will show that a cycle has been complete using a green light on the front. The light stays on as a reminder that the dishes are clean. The light will turn off when the door is opened.
