Hi there - Great question! Don't worry, GDT645SSN3SS is the same model as what you ordered, GDT645SSNSS. The extra digit just adds some additional information to the model, much like when you add the area code to your local phone number. When the dishwasher is manufactured, these extra numbers are placed on the rating plate and registration card.
