“Type of outlet needed? I see this requires a 30a 120/240v outlet. I have a 30a 125/250v outlet. Can I use this? Or do I need an electrician to convert the outlet to the proper type? Some are telling me that because the voltage is within 5% it's fine, others are telling me I need to fix it before the install. Any guidance would be helpful.”
