Hi 1709condo- When Auto Load Sensing is selected, the washer automatically provides the correct amount of water suited to the size and type of load placed in the unit. You can also manually choose the load size: Small, Med, Large, Ex Large. See page 5 of the Owner's Manual at the following link to view water levels: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90532.pdf - Low water levels can be caused by low water pressure or obstructed screens in the fill hoses / water inlet valve. The water pressure at the water inlet should be at least 20 psi. See the following link to check your screens: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16539 - If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online.http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support- Keep in touch!
