• A:Answer After Personally having MAJOR Problems by NOT having them Delivered at the SAME time......It is DEFIANTLY in Your best interests to have the Delivery and service done all at once or at LEAST not more than 1 to Deliver BOTH and 2 to attach Drawer to washer. Make sure you have a spare BLANKET otherwise Your Machine will get all Scratched up like mine did.....just laid it on a cement floor never even asked for a blanket. Thus far Machine and Drawer are GREAT ....Still waiting for Dryer to get done.

Q: QuestionThe GE smart washer and dryer in sapphire blue. The total height is showing 39 3/4" high. I would like to add the 16" pull out drawer pedestal. What is the exact height collectively with the two together. Is there space in between?

• A:Answer Go to the GE site and put your washer/dryer info in and they'll show you what's compatible. I would recommend spending the few extra bucks and getting the drawer. It's a solid drawer and holds a lot, and creates usable space.

• A:Answer Yes, the drawer can be pulled out. It can also be removed from the pedestal. A screw on each side of the pedestal drawer needs to be removed, making the edges of the c-channel and pedestal wrapper easier to access. Jill@GEAppliances

• A:Answer Pedestal GFP1528PTDS is not compatible with our Combo units. Depending on the specific Combo, we do have risers available that are compatible. If you have model PFQ97HSPVDS, that is compatible with Riser GFR0728PTDS. If you have models PFQ83HSHWWW or PFQ83HSSWWW, those are compatible with Riser GFR0728SNWW.If you have model GFQ14ESSNWW, that is compatible with Riser GAF140SSNWW. -Sarah@GEAppliances

Q: QuestionIt states these have a 250 lb weight capacity. The GE washer is 246 lbs! Does this mean I can only wash up to 4 lbs of clothes (including the water) per wash before the pedastal could start having issues?

• A:Answer The pedestal storage drawer has a weight limit of 25 Lbs. and functions best with a distributed loading approach – i.e. items placed across multiple points in the drawer and not all positioned in the drawer center. If this pedestal is listed as an approved accessory for the washer you have interest in, you need not worry about the weight of the washer and it's contents. -Vikki@GEAppliances
