• Best Buy's item description says it's compatible with Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. I don't know if the "active" phones are different.

• I know a back and forth like this can be frustrating, cindysaunders12. The Gear VR isn't compatible with any active series devices. This particular Gear VR model is only compatible with the Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. I hope this clears up the confusion.
